Dug has spent his life in rooms where transformation is the work. He has produced Grammy-winning records, served as a Senior Peak Performance Strategist on the Tony Robbins platform, and trained as a Master NLP and Hypnosis facilitator.
Today he sits at the intersection of capital and calling, a partner in a firm that originates and places capital behind mission-driven ventures, and the man other leaders call when the stakes are high and the conversation has to be real.
He does not teach transformation from a stage. He facilitates it across the table. The Summit is personally curated and led by Dug, so that every man in the room receives exactly what he came for, and the truth he did not know he needed.
