What this is

Most rooms reward the mask. This one asks you to set it down.

The Summit of Kings is three days among a small circle of men who have already done the hard work of building - companies, capital, reputations - and who carry the quiet awareness that there is a larger assignment underneath all of it.

You will work on the real thing: the venture, the decision, the chapter in front of you. And you will do it beside men who have no reason to flatter you and every reason to tell you the truth. That is rarer than capital, and worth more.

There is a thread of the sacred running through it , not doctrine, not performance, but the recognition that the men in this room are stewards of something, and that how you build matters as much as what you build. You do not have to name it the way the man next to you does. You will feel it the same way.

No stage. No upsell. No spectators. Ten men, one table, and the honest work of becoming who you were made to be.

  • You have built real success, and you have started to ask what it is all for.
  • You are surrounded by people who need something from you and have few who will tell you the truth.
  • You are done with masterminds that are all tactics and no soul, and retreats that are all feeling and no edge.
  • You sense you are being called to a larger assignment, even if you have not said it out loud.
  • You want a circle of men who will champion your rise and refuse to let you shrink.
  • You measure a life not only by what you accumulate, but by what you steward and what you leave behind.

What Makes This Different?

Strategy and Soul, in the Same Man

Most masterminds work on your business. Most retreats work on your soul. Almost none do both - because almost no one can hold both.

The Summit is built on a simple conviction: the man and the mission cannot be separated. The bottleneck in your business is rarely the strategy. It is the man carrying it.

So for three days we work both at once - the hard tactical questions about wealth, ventures, and capital, and the deeper ones about purpose, integrity, and the legacy you are actually building. With men who operate at your altitude and will not let you perform.

This is where strategy and soul stop competing for the same man.

Brotherhood & Honest Counsel

Real conversation with men who get it, and who will tell you the truth rather than what is easy to hear.

The Mastermind Table

Your venture, your capital, your next move, sharpened by men who have already made the calls you are facing.

The Reckoning

A guided breakthrough that surfaces what you have been carrying, and clears the weight strategy alone cannot.

Taking the Throne

The signature ritual of the Summit: stepping, deliberately, into the man you are being called to become.

The Legacy Project

A give-back the circle does together, because kings build for those who come after them.

Meet your Guide - Douglas "Dug" McGuirk

Dug has spent his life in rooms where transformation is the work. He has produced Grammy-winning records, served as a Senior Peak Performance Strategist on the Tony Robbins platform, and trained as a Master NLP and Hypnosis facilitator.

Today he sits at the intersection of capital and calling, a partner in a firm that originates and places capital behind mission-driven ventures, and the man other leaders call when the stakes are high and the conversation has to be real.

He does not teach transformation from a stage. He facilitates it across the table. The Summit is personally curated and led by Dug, so that every man in the room receives exactly what he came for, and the truth he did not know he needed.

Friday - The Arrival

You land, you exhale, you meet the men you will spend the weekend with. An opening circle to set the container, a fireside dinner, and the first honest conversation of many.

Saturday - The Work

The heart of the Summit. Morning at the mastermind table, your real business, your real numbers, your real decisions. Afternoon into the breakthrough, the inner work that clears what strategy cannot. Evening as brothers, over a meal, you will not forget.

Sunday - The Send-Off

You step into the seat you came to take. A legacy activation, a give-back the circle does together, and a closing circle that seals what the weekend built. You leave different -and you do not leave alone.

The Work Continues for 30 Days

The Summit does not end when you drive home. Transformation that is not integrated fades - so the work continues:

  • Weekly voice reflections from Dug.
  • A private brotherhood thread, always on.
  • A live integration roundtable with the circle.

A weekend can move a man. Thirty days of follow-through is what makes it hold.

The Room Is the Point

This is not a public retreat. It is a council - ten men, chosen with care, because the quality of the room is the entire experience. Most seats are filled by nomination and personal invitation. If you found your way here on your own, that may be its own kind of sign.

No hype. No spectators. Just truth, brotherhood, and the work of becoming who you were made to be.

If you feel the pull, trust it.

For the Men Who Are Called Higher

Some men finish the Summit and know the work has only begun. For them there is MentorMind Elite - a private council of men building their life’s work, together, through the year.

It is not another mastermind. It is a sovereign table: quarterly gatherings, ongoing counsel, and a brotherhood of operators, investors, and builders who move capital, open doors, and hold one another to a higher standard. The relationships formed here compound - in wealth, in wisdom, and in legacy.

Membership is by invitation, annual, and intentionally small. A seat - not a subscription.
